Common Questions
My transformation isn't working
Make sure your selfie is well-lit, shows your full face, and you're looking directly at the camera. Avoid sunglasses or hats.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or email us and we'll delete it for you.
How do I download my data?
Go to Settings > Privacy & Data Control > Download My Data to export all your information in JSON format.
Are my photos saved?
We only save photos you choose to share in the public gallery. All other photos are processed and deleted immediately.
How long do you keep my data?
Original selfies are deleted immediately after processing. Transformation results are auto-deleted after 24 hours. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Billing questions
For subscription or payment issues, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll help you out.
Report Inappropriate Content
If you see inappropriate content in the gallery, tap the report button on the image or email us.
